Difficulties every cycling

Hi, I’m Tria. I am from Indonesia, even though cycling is not very popular here, the number of people cycling is increasing. The most number of cycling can be seen every Saturday, Sunday and other holidays. Sometimes we can see people go to work by bike, they have their own community that named “bike to work”.

I also join a group “ASSA Jakarta”. We cycle every Sunday around Jakarta. I have cycled 3 times til now with ASSA every Sunday. And every time i cycle, there’s always difficulties. One at a time.

At first I went for a touring by myself, I was very exhausted, maybe because it was my first. and the difficulty that i had was bottom ache, and headache. I’ve studied that bike’s seat has to be different between men and women, and maybe i had that ache because of it. And I had headache because of sun burn. I didn’t cover all my skin, so maybe that is why.

Second, I had this really tired body, especially my leg, it was very painful (the rute was longer).

Third, I puked, maybe i hadn’t had my breakfast (that is really important

Forth, i had this muscle-bound cramps in my calf, when i cycled through the precipitous road. But i still continued my tour. And the forth one was the longest tour.
