I am a teenager and was wondering what kind of conditioning is reasonable for guys like me? Any answers?

It depends on a lot of factors in fact, your age, your growth, your speciality (sprint?).
I’m a specialist of track cycling conditioning, taking part to French team preparation, we can talk about this if you want.

If you stay to the regular schedule that the cyclist that road bikes use then you will be fine.
