I used to bike quite a bit when I was young. 100 mile rides were not uncommon. For the last 20 years I've just been getting old and fat. So I started out this January on a fixed up mountain bike, steadily training my way back to the point where I could ride easily. Since I treated myself to a new road bike, now my kids join me for rides up to 15-20 miles. I look forward to growing this forum and meeting others in the area.Profile Information
