Old Dog Learns New Tricks

I’m an old dog trying to learn some new tricks out on the road. I’m new to the sport of cycling and I am working on increasing my miles to match my age 56 miles. These are hard miles because the area I live in is very hilly Any advice on beating these hills?

My advice To you is that you start on low gears and always keep seated not to hurt your knees…its good to cycle, keep up.

Good to hear. Keep it going. Nothin like having you butt on the bike.
