Hi Folks. Back in the fold after years of not riding. Got the bike overhauled, and went out today for the first time in a long time. My beer belly got in the way a little, but other than that, the ride went well.

I quit smoking about 5 days ago and my lungs are open! YAY! my first hard ride was a windy day and i only did 10 miles with my buddy. It was a hard hilly ten miles, but i felt great.
